Let's ignore the fact that your motel is in a picturesque area if by "picturesque" you mean "in the middle of nowhere. And don't even get me started on that "Southern hospitality" nonsense. I'm sure everyone who has ever stayed there would agree that your staff is nothing short of delightful. As for those modern, spacious rooms with flat-screen TVs and balconies overlooking the neighborhood. I guess if you consider "neighborhood" to be synonymous with "parking lot," then yes, they are definitely a selling point. And let's not forget about that prime location which offers easy access to dining and shopping options - as long as by "dining" you mean fast food joints and by "shopping" you mean dollar stores. But hey, at least there's no competition for the title of Best Motel in Fairfax County, right? Because nobody else would want to stay there after hearing about your glowing review.
